Status

This page reads the public status from the API. It is the same answer GET /v1/status returns. It is not an uptime promise and it is not a history of past incidents.

How to read a row

A component is operational when the API reports it that way. If a row says something else, new collections or payouts on that path may fail or stay pending. Money that already succeeded is still recorded on the payment or the payout. Read that object, or wait for its webhook, before you fulfill or retry.

What to do

• If creating a payment returns 422 PROVIDER_UNAVAILABLE, wait and retry with the same idempotency key.
• If a payment is pending, the customer may still confirm it. Do not create a second one for the same order.
• If the table below is empty, the status call itself could not be read. The merchant portal is the next place to look.
